It was standing room only as FOCB staff and students took a refresher course in CPR and other live-saving skills. Fatou Benoit, Community Education Specialist with PB County Fire Rescue led us through proper ways to do CPR on adults, children, and ourselves along with what to do if you found someone drowning. Also training on the use of a defibrillator. We practiced on bodies that Fatou brought to the workshop and it was so much fun! A huge thanks to Fatou and her helper, Dottie, who taught us skills that are so important for everyone to know.
