FOCB’s Kid’s Club activities reinforce the belief that blind kids “can” participate and accomplish goals, helping children build self-esteem that leads to greater independence throughout their lifetime.
Our events for blind and visually impaired children give them a chance to have fun and just be kids. They meet other blind children, develop friendships, and share interests all while having fun!
Children and their families will have a wonderful opportunity to socialize and interact with peers, providing support for one another. They are able to share resources and unique challenges they face.
FOCB’s annual activities include our children’s Christmas Party in December, an Easter Party in April with fun activities, games and a beeping egg hunt.
