FOCB students and staff received a wonderful, informative lesson on self-defense and being safe out there in the world, whether we are walking to our cars, sitting on a park bench, or just being out on the streets.
Sensei Robert Longwell was our teacher, with him being a martial arts master for 25 years and teaching for the Palm Beach County School Board since 2007.
