FOCB Founder and Executive Director, Carolyn Lapp, accepted a $10,000 grant at the Foundation Awards breakfast on Tuesday, April 16, 2024. These grants are a tremendous help to our center, and we are so grateful.

FOCB is a nonprofit organization/training facility that is nationally accredited by the Association for Education & Rehabilitation of the Blind & Visually Impaired (AER) and has met all standards set by the AER.
