2023 LIABILITY RELEASE AND WAIVER
I hereby release the Marriott West Palm Beach, its parent, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees, and the owner of the Hotel (collectively, the “Marriott Parties”) from all and any claims, actions, costs, losses, expenses and/or damages, including attorney’s fees, that I might have now or in the future for any injuries (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability and death), illness, damage, liability or expense, of any kind, that may arise out of or in any manner resulting in my participation in the Dining In The Dark event hosted by Florida Outreach Center For The Blind on November 12, 2023. Such release is to be binding upon my heirs, successors and assigns.
Furthermore, I, _____________________, agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Marriott Parties from and against all liability, claims, suits, demands, damages, judgments, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) to which any of the Marriott Parties may be subject by reason of any claim for, any injury to or death of any person or persons, or for damage to property or otherwise arising from or in connection with the above-described activity.
I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, THAT I AM FULLY AWARE OF THE RISKS INVOLVED IN THE ACTIVITY DESCRIBED ABOVE, AND THAT I VOLUNTARILY ACCEPT AND ASSUME THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITY DESCRIBED ABOVE.
