Chair Yoga with Dr. Maruti Ram Gudavalli

Amy Elakman Art Workshop
Amy had FOCB students make beautiful holiday/fall wreaths out of tons of wonderful things – Styrofoam rings, leaves, flowers, fabrics, bows and ribbons, wooden circles and so much more. They came out fantastic! Thank you, Amy, for yet again another wonderful class!
Medicare Workshop with Steve Carlson

Amy Elakman Decoupage Craft Workshop
